Having trouble using the Qualify feature. The Tags field is not working and will not save any entries.

I couldn’t find my way to where I wanted to be as easily as I would have preferred.

Not intuitive. For conferences, being able to develop a personal calendar with meetings, times, and locations is essential. This tool fails in that regard. It may have that capability but I couldn’t easily figure it out.

Hard to use and lots of bugs

I spent most of the afternoon rebooking after the app allows dbl bookings. It is super slow synching calendars and you can only do via web. Very cumbersome. I am being nice at a 1

1. Option to hide meetings once they have passed in the agenda or take you directly to the next/current meeting. 2. Create a check in feature. Organizers can know when all parties are in and can use that as a kind of roll call. 3. On the agenda, segment the days so it is clearer. Or have a header that is bold and bigger. 4. Make days collapsible. When you click the day it shows the events for that day. Or have an expand button or option. Thanks!

This is really handy to be able to scan the QR code on each other’s badges and have the contact right in our phones. I really appreciate how efficient and easy it is to keep note of who we meet!

Great to have so much conference data in one app. Would be helpful if the schedule landed on current date and time each time it’s accessed. Otherwise, no complaints!

Using app for solar and storage live uk. The app is unusable constantly nagging for passwords and email addresses. I don’t have time for this rubbish

Swapcard is a great app for networking at conferences and events. Big fan!

loving this format which allows a personal profile, interaction among participants, private messaging as well as prep videos, PDF downloads, social media links and live interaction via a Zoom-like platform and a shopping link all in one spot. Currently I can’t think of a thing to improve upon!

Having everything in one place sounds great until the app fails to recognize your connection to an event. Then you are left completely lost! First day of use and failure that has yet to recover so I can’t rate anything but poor.

Please add ability for attendees to add in other events that aren’t created by the event organizers.

Very tough to manage coordination with actual office calendar. Needs a way to sync more broadly.

Good for a conference and meeting setups

This app is supposed to help you book one on one meetings with other conference attendees, but on a two day conference, it only showed me available for one afternoon. When I reported this to support and asked for help, they were slow to respond and not very helpful. As a result, I will miss out on many meetings, making the conference a costly failure. Thanks swapcard.

If you like scrolling through endless lists of text, this app is great. If you want to be able to find and organize useful conference information, this app is very difficult.

Why can’t the app play full screen on the ipad? I can’t see the classes.

Very frustrated with this platform, which comes at an additional cost for attendees of conferences. Meeting requested do not show up in the other person’s outreach message. A lot of useless back and forth to set up a meeting, risking losing the contact.

Not a reliable app for business purposes.

SwapCard connects to a past event from 2021, but cannot find the event in 2022 The chat bot is useless. It’s only answer is that it doesn’t understand any question…

So far I’m VERY impressed with this app. I’ve been looking for an app that helps attendees network and engage and I think this is the app to do it.

A recent scans selection needs to be there soon can go back and add notes. Otherwise it is useless.

App didn’t work on the second day of the show for several phones in our booth.. just kept saying error Also we have leads on 4 phones and no easy way to merge them into one spreadsheet. I’m sure it exists but if You hid it may better you would had to try If you are the only Option at these shows fine, but wow a long ways to go

I am trying to see my event (world vaccine congress 2022) and it does not show!

I enter everything in order to get contact matches but I can’t enter anything about my company. There’s another company named Adentro also but it isn’t us. So I try to put in Adentro.com which we own and it won’t find any information. At least allow us to put in company information separate from personal information.

I have not used the app for the for the intended event yet I have tried moving around to view speakers and sessions. While you can check mark sessions of interest there does not seem to be a way of keeping track of all of them, there does not seem to be a visual or calendar to indicate times and dates for each session you checked. This seems a pretty lame feature to leave out! Additionally, this app is really a big pain to use. Why not recognize me when I come back? Why not make it easier to move back and forth from page to page? Why not make it easy to add to your calendar so one can set up alerts? Oh all the things you are missing!

They do not let you export data. This app is a scam.

Webplayers in the browser works just fine, but the application won’t let you get something out of the mute state.

This app is a quick download and easy to use. App is great for connecting with other attendees at a show as well as view event content like agendas, exhibitor profiles, and floor plans.

Awesome app. We compared them with hopin when making our choice. They had much better support and the app was more user friendly.

We used this app at a recent conference, and only afterwards discovered that all of the notes that we had taken during the conference had been deleted. Apparently, the app does not work with cell data (even when cellular data usage is enabled). If you scan someone and the app does not immediately recognize who they are, it will not save any notes or other information that you enter about your meeting with them.
